How is the order delivered?
"Bratya Gyokovi" Ltd. / delivers the goods you ordered with the courier company Speedy. Your order can be delivered anywhere in Bulgaria – to a specific address or to a Speedy office for pickup. Here you can see the courier's offices –www.speedy.bg/bg/speedy-offices

All orders come with an option to review and test.

What is the delivery cost?

Orders are delivered via one of Speedy's courier services

  • Delivery to address:

The delivery fee is calculated by the courier company.

  • Delivery to Speedy office:

We will send the shipment to the Speedy office closest to you. Delivery is FREE for orders over BGN 80. For orders under BGN 80, the delivery fee is calculated by the courier company.

What is the processing and delivery time?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM are processed on the same day, and most often arrive on the next business day between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM to an address or by 10:00 AM to a courier office. On Saturdays, deliveries are made until 1:00 PM to an address, and courier offices are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

How can you return a purchased product?

Returns must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, according to the conditions of Art. 55, para. 3 of the CPA (Consumer Protection Act). Please note that the product can only be returned in its original packaging/condition.
We only accept products:
– that have never been used
– that are undamaged and have not been altered in any way
Please do not damage the original packaging and product labels.
In addition, we agree to cover shipping costs only if:
– the received goods do not match those ordered
– the error occurred as a result of our fault
– the product was damaged or some part of the order is missing
In all other cases, transport costs are at the customer's expense.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within 30 business days of receiving the goods.

If these conditions are not met, the store reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and, accordingly, not to reimburse the customer for the value of the items.

Any goods that do not correspond to what the customer ordered are subject to a complaint. The customer can refuse them upon receipt. In case of discrepancy, please contact us by phone. We will check the discrepancy between the product name in the order and the product name you received. If the error is confirmed, we will replace the goods.

Goods for which the customer has been pre-warned of a discrepancy, as well as goods for which the operating conditions specified on the manufacturer's packaging have not been met, are not subject to a complaint.

A person who is a third party in receiving the shipment and is not the main payer for it has no right to a complaint. In case of a visible defect or discrepancy of the goods at the time of receipt, the third party can refuse them or take them at their own risk. If they accept such a shipment and do not submit their claims to the courier, the customer loses their right to a complaint.
